By using this website, the Stratemark demo, or purchasing an optional paid easy-install, you agree to these Terms. The supplier is Squarepeg Advertising (“we”).
What Stratemark is
Stratemark is software for competitive-intelligence research presented as a card deck. Source code is available as open source under the license in the public GitHub repository. You may build and run it yourself.
Bring your own key (BYOK)
Live research requires your own Google AI Studio / Gemini API key (and any other keys the product documents). Keys stay under your control. API usage is billed by the key provider to you — not by Squarepeg Advertising — unless a future paid hosted plan is offered and clearly described at purchase.
Optional paid easy install
We may offer an optional paid easy-install / packaged setup as a convenience. It is not required to use the open-source code. Price and what’s included are shown on the pricing section before checkout. Unless a subscription is explicitly offered and disclosed at checkout, paid easy install is a one-time digital purchase for the fulfillment described at the time of sale.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy processes payment, issues the buyer receipt, and handles applicable taxes as Merchant of Record. Squarepeg Advertising supplies the digital product / fulfillment.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Stratemark to break the law or third-party terms.
- Research outputs are labeled verified / estimated / unknown and are not financial, legal, or investment advice.
- Do not misrepresent Stratemark figures as guaranteed facts.
Intellectual property
Open-source components are governed by their licenses. Branding, this website’s design, and non-open materials remain Squarepeg Advertising’s property unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimers & liability
The website, demo, and software are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squarepeg Advertising is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site, demo, or software.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
