How to request a refund
- Email advisory@getstratemark.com with the email used at checkout and your Lemon Squeezy receipt / transaction id.
- You may also use refund options on your Lemon Squeezy receipt where available.
- We aim to confirm requests within 2 business days.
What you’re buying
The paid option is a digital easy-install / setup convenience described on the pricing page at checkout. It is separate from the open-source codebase, which you can still use with your own key without paying.
Subscriptions (if offered later)
If we later offer a subscription, checkout will clearly state price, billing interval, renewal amount, and how to cancel before you pay. This policy will be updated before any subscription is sold. We will not enable auto-renewal without clear disclosure and required consent.
Merchant of Record
When Lemon Squeezy checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record and handles returns/refunds processing for orders placed through Lemon Squeezy, in line with Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and this policy.
