THE RULE THE WHOLE PRODUCT IS BUILT ON

Glass box > black box.

Most AI tools hide the work. Stratemark shows its research trail — every figure verified, estimated, or honestly unknown, with sources you can open. "Verified" is impossible without evidence, enforced in code, not in a prompt.

Verified

A cited source states the figure directly. Click the badge, see the publishers.

Estimated

Derived by a stated method — and the method is shown, every time.

Unknown

No credible public figure exists. The gap stays visible — never a guess.

01 — DESCRIBE

Type the market

“Frontier AI labs, global.” “Christian apparel, California.” Any market you can say, it can research.

02 — WATCH

A live research log

~3 minutes of live, cited Google research — you watch every company being found and every figure being sourced.

Dig into any figure, save reports, correct what you know better. Your research is a file you own — on your machine.

EIGHT TIERS OF MATURITY

Maturity you can score.

Every company is scored into a tier by a transparent, auditable formula — from pre-product Sandbox up to market Titans. Click a tier for what it means.

RESEARCH THAT COMPOUNDS

Every question you ask becomes part of your deck.

Ask anywhere. Every figure, milestone, product, and person is a doorway — one click opens a grounded, cited conversation about exactly that.
Never from memory. Answers come from your deck's stored research plus a fresh, cited Google search — the model's memory is not a source.
Threads become reports. Any conversation distills into a cited report you can export — including PDF.
Compare anything. Select any cards in a deck and interrogate exactly those — who's really winning, and why.

Why pay what you want? We’re an open-source-led product team. To keep shipping tools people love, we still have to keep the lights on and make ends meet. If a dollar is what you have, pay a dollar. If you can contribute more, it genuinely helps us stay focused on building — not on locking the good stuff behind a wall. This is the tip of the iceberg for BYOK, open-source products in the new age of AI.

QUESTIONS

Fair questions, straight answers.

What's in the browser demo?

A working Stratemark interface with real sample market decks you can explore in the browser — cards, confidence badges, citations, and dashboards. Use it to feel the product before you install. When you want to research your own markets, clone the open-source app or use software download (still bring your own key).

Is research really free to run?

Yes. Research runs on your own Google AI Studio / Gemini key. We never see your key and never proxy your traffic. Google’s free tier is enough for many decks; heavier use is between you and Google. Software download does not include API credits.

How do I know the numbers aren’t hallucinated?

Every figure is tagged verified, estimated, or unknown. “Verified” requires evidence — a citation with a named publisher — and that rule is enforced in code. When nothing credible exists, the product shows an honest gap instead of a guess. Click any badge to see the receipts.

What’s in a deck?

A deck is a market turned into competitive-intelligence cards. Companies appear as scored cards with metrics, sources, and a maturity tier. Beyond company cards, decks can include related types — Infrastructure, Distribution, Culture, Vice (sourced controversies), Insight (market dynamics), and Barrier to Entry — so you’re not stuck with a flat list of logos. Open a company to go deeper: metrics, live intel, org context, and more.

What are the eight maturity tiers?

From T1 The Sandbox (pre-product, speculative R&D) through T8 The Titans (absolute market behemoths). In between: Scrappy Startups, Emerging Challengers, Growth Stage, Market Disruptors, Scale Stage, and Legacy Incumbents. Tiers come from a transparent scoring model — click the tier strip on this page for plain-language breakdowns.

Where does my data live?

On your machine. Your decks, research threads, and reports stay local. We don’t run a cloud vault of your research. Bring your own key means Google sees your research API calls — we don’t.

What’s the difference between open source and software download?

Open source is free: clone the repo, bring your own key, run it yourself. Software download is an optional one-time pay-what-you-want purchase ($1–100) for convenient packaging/setup. It still requires your own Gemini key. You’re supporting the team and smoother install — not buying a hosted API plan.

Will there be a subscription later?

This path is one-time software download + BYOK. If we offer a hosted or non-technical subscription later, it will be disclosed clearly at checkout with price, interval, and cancel terms — not slipped into this SKU.
