What this policy covers
How personal data is handled when you visit the Stratemark marketing site, use the browser demo, or buy an optional paid easy-install through checkout (when enabled via Lemon Squeezy).
Information we collect
- Website: standard technical logs (IP, browser, pages, timestamps) to operate and secure the site.
- Demo: runs in your browser. If you enter a Google AI Studio / Gemini API key, it is stored locally in your browser and sent only to Google for research — not to Squarepeg Advertising servers.
- Purchases (when Lemon Squeezy is live): Lemon Squeezy, LLC is the Merchant of Record and collects name, email, billing country/address, and payment details under Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy. We receive order metadata needed to fulfill your purchase (email, product, amount, country, transaction id).
- Support: whatever you send us by email, phone, or other support channel.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and demo.
- Fulfill optional paid easy-install orders and provide buyer support.
- Comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and Merchant of Record software for paid orders.
- Google — only when you use your own API key (your key, your requests).
- Hosting providers that serve this website (server logs).
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and disputes (including records held by Lemon Squeezy as MoR).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold. Contact advisory@getstratemark.com. For purchase-related requests you may also use Lemon Squeezy’s buyer tools on your receipt.
Children
Stratemark is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will appear here before they apply to new purchases.
